Curriculum Vitae (CV)
CV is an outline of a person's educational and professional history, usually prepared for job applications. Your CV, short for curriculum vitae, is a personal marketing tool or marketing document used to sell yourself to prospective employers. It should tell them who you are you, your professional history, and your skills, abilities, ultimately, it also conveys your personal details in the way that presents you in the best possible light.

         ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY
·    Ensure the correct implementation of inspection Test plan by performing daily welding inspection and issuing proper records
·                             Conduct Welder’s Qualification Test (WQT)and Procedure Qualification Record (PQR)
• Interpret drawings compiled in construction Travel pack to ensure, Base materials, fitting, tack             welding and bevel comply with applicable documentation
          • Ensures welding &fabrication activities are carried out within approved WPS, &
             recommend corrective actions when failure is detected
• Carry out visual & dimensional inspection of completed weld and ensure they meet
   specifications and quality standards.
• Notify client for “Witness & Hold points” and liaison with client on quality issues at every stages of  
   fabrication and installation
• Issue when necessary NCR with suggested corrective action proposal and follow up to ensure timely
   closeout
• Monitor the storage of welding consumables and issuance to welders
• Check and if necessary record the monitoring of welding parameters during fabrication activities
·                     Carry out surveillance check on equipments and ensure they are all calibrated and valid.

  • Supervision of piping fabrication & fit-up of various process lines in accordance to AFC drawings.
  • Inspection of welding consumables and storage conditions    
  • Implementation of approved procedures (WPS and PQR)
  • Isometric drawing interpretation and  punch list follow up
  • Evaluation of pre and post weld heat treatment (PWHT) charts
  • Carry out daily visual weld audit & record welding parameters in line with applicable welding procedure specifications.
  • Oversees hydrostatics test operations, flushing, gauging pig run, service/leak test/valve testing and installation.
